  Association Coaching and Education (ACE) 2011 – 12 Season Training Plan  
  USA Hockey - IMR:
For the IMR (USA Hockey certificate of insurance):
Go to the USA Hockey Website.
Click on the pull-down menu for Coaches.
Click on the Register Online link.
Click on Players & Coaches
You will be asked a serious of questions regarding your age & who you are registering.
One you get thru the questions you should be able to fill out the application form.
Fee is $35.		  
     
  The background screening for coaches is required every 3 years and is run by Mid-Am Hockey.
Go to the Mid-Am website, http://www.midamhockey.com/
Go to the Youth Hockey Pull down Menu & choose Screening Login.
Click on Register under the New User section.
You will have to fill out the required information. Our Association # is PAH1111.
The fee is $30 for the screening and only has to be completed every 3 years.
