  Easter Pie Shoppe Fundraiser **  
  WHA is happy to announce that we will be holding an Easter Pie Sale. Our pies are ordered from the Pie Shoppe in Laughlintown and are delivered fresh and delicious!  
     
  For each item ordered, your player will receive a credit of $2.00. All credits will go toward your player's dues for the 2012-2013 season. This is a great opportunity to get a jump start on receiving credits for your player's dues next season!  
     
  Checks and order forms must be mailed to Gina Sonnik by Thursday, March 22nd by 5:00pm.  Please do not put them in the black filing cabinet. All checks can be made out to the individual seller. The seller will then mail in one check for their total sales made out to WHA.  Do not send cash.  
     
  All pies can be picked up on Tuesday, April 3rd, 2012 at Kirk S. Nevin Arenas lobby. Time is TBA and will be posted on the website. Your team manager will also get this information to you.

  Yankee Candle Fundraiser, credit for 2012-2013 season **  
  The Yankee Candle 2012 Spring/Summer Collection offers premium brands of Jar Candles, Votives, Tea Lights, Air Fresheners, and Gift Sets perfect for Easter and Mother’s Day gift giving.  
 
  • 40% Profit earned on order total – 30% goes directly towards the player’s season dues and 10% goes to WHA to cover shipping costs.
  • Player’s credits will go toward the player’s dues for the 2012-2013 hockey season.
  • Checks/Money orders and order forms must be returned by Wednesday, February 15th and should be placed in the Black Filing Cabinet.
  • WHA is tax exempt. Please DO NOT add sales tax.
  • All checks made out to the individual seller. The seller will then turn in one check for their total sales made out to WHA. Cash will not be accepted.
  • Orders should arrive 2-3 weeks after our order is placed. The orders will be shipped to Kirk S. Nevin Arena for pick up. Date and time is TBA and will be posted on WHA’s website. Your team manager will also get this information to you.
  • **Important: The white and yellow copy of the order form gets turned in with your check or money order. Please retain the pink copy for your records.

  WHA Yearbook *  
  The traditional Laurel Tournament Ad Book has been revamped into the WHA Yearbook. The size of the ads available to purchase are 1/4 page, 1/8 page and Patron Ads (limit of 70 characters). A 1/4 page ad ($45) is one of the mandatory fundraisers for the 2011 – 2012season for all teams, except Mites. All additional ads submitted by a player (not including the mandatory $45ad), will earn the player 75% of the cost of the ad as a credit towards their season dues. All WHA players will receive a copy of the 2011 – 2012 WHA Yearbook at the end of the season. Additional yearbooks can be purchased for a small fee. Final deadline for submitting ads is November 21, 2011. Please e-mail the WHA Yearbook Committee with any questions. yearbook@westmorelandhockey.com.  
     
  Players have until October 15 to secure advertisements from the same advertisers they solicited last year.  Please refer to the list of 2010-2011 Advertisers to see a list of last year's patrons.  After October 15, advertisers from last year may be approached by any player.
